The Opportunity:

As a Logistics Planner you’ll bring your multi-functional logistics experience in supply, fuel, maintenance, transportation, air mobility, life support and contracting at tactical and operational levels. Being well versed in the Joint Exercise Life Cycle (JELC) and the Military Decision-Making process (MDMP), you will plan and prepare orders and concepts to support joint sustainment training requirements.You'll leverage your experience and subject matter expertise when engaging Division or Corps representatives. You have served your country in the military, now continue your mission with us. Further your career while creating mission-forward solutions that matter. This position will require travel of up to 10% of the time.

You Have:

  • 5+ years of experience at the Marine or Army Corps and Division serving in logistics roles

  • 4+ years of experience with Joint Exercise Life Cycle (JELC) planning

  • 2+ years of experience with live, virtual, and constructive exercises or an assignment at a Combat Training Center (CTC)

  • Experience with Army and Joint Doctrine Training Policy

  • Experience with Microsoft Office, including Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Power BI

  • Ability to travel up to 10% of the time

  • Secret clearance

  • Bachelor’s degree

Nice If You Have:

  • Experience with working at a Joint or Multinational Headquarters

  • Ability to pay strict attention to detail

  • Possession of excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Possession of excellent problem-solving skills

  • Command and General Staff College (CGSC), Intermediate Level Education (ILE), Military Education Level (MEL) 4, or Sergeants’ Major Academy Graduate

  • Airload Planner’s Course Graduate

  • Joint Logistics Course

  • Completion of the Support Operations Phase II Course

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $84,600.00 to $193,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
