Senior Payroll Manager

The Senior Payroll Manager oversees and supervises the organization’s payroll functions, ensuring pay is processed on time, accurately, and in compliance with government regulations.

- Ensuring payroll is accurate and on time: Overseeing the payroll process to ensure that pay is processed accurately and on time, and in compliance with the law
- Managing payroll staff: Supervising and developing the payroll team, and performance managing staff for growth
- Coordinating payroll activities: Coordinating payroll activities with human resources and other teams
- Maintaining payroll records: Ensuring that payroll records and information are maintained in accordance with statutory requirements
- 8+ years payroll processing experience in a multi-state environment
- Manufacturing experience preferred
- Experience with QuickBooks, Epicor and Paylocity preferred
- California payroll experience preferred
- Strong experience with Excel

- the individual’s skill sets, experience and training;
- licensure and certification requirements;
- office location and other geographic considerations;
