SALARY + COMMISSION - average 1st year Sales Consultants earn $60-$80k
NO CAP on Earning Potential
Monthly, Quarterly, and Annual Bonuses

The Commercial Security Consultant position specializes in growing a new client base within the commercial intrusion, access control, video surveillance & fire alarm verticals. This position requires a strong work ethic, excellent written and verbal skills, an aptitude for technology and the ability to develop industry related partnerships within an assigned territory.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
Drive growth by building new customer relationships while maintaining existing ones within an assigned territory
Communicate with new prospective clients to identify and understand their business and security needs; identify and suggest solutions based on those needs
Design and present integrated security solutions to prospective and existing client base
Maintain an in-depth knowledge of the Sonitrol core product solutions while staying abreast of current market trends
Develop relationships with relevant industry partners
Identify new clients by researching and creating networking opportunities
Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers
Utilize CRM for sales activity and backlog reporting
Education/Qualification:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Sales, Business, or related field
2-3 years of outside sales experience
Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
Excellent sales and negotiation skills.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to function well in a high-paced and at times stressful environment.
Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
