Job Description: As a School Speech-Language Pathologist, you will play a crucial role in helping students develop essential communication and language skills. You will work with a diverse caseload of students, assessing, diagnosing, and providing individualized therapy plans to support their speech and language needs. Collaborating with teachers, parents, and other professionals, you will contribute to creating a supportive and inclusive learning environment for all students.

Qualifications:

  • Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology
  • Michigan state licensure or eligibility for licensure
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) preferred, but Clinical Fellows (CFs) will be considered

Job Requirements:

  • Conduct assessments to identify speech and language disorders
  • Develop and implement effective therapy plans tailored to individual student needs
  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to provide comprehensive support
  • Maintain accurate and organized documentation of student progress
  • Participate in IEP meetings and provide input on students' goals and progress
