As a Clinical Fellow, you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse caseload of students from preschool to high school, collaborating with teachers, therapists, and parents to create tailored treatment plans.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive assessments to diagnose speech and language disorders in students
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to address communication objectives
- Deliver direct therapy services to students, utilizing evidence-based practices and techniques
- Participate in IEP meetings and maintain accurate progress records
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive support for students
Requirements:
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution
- Prior experience in a school setting is preferred, but new graduates are welcome to apply
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders
