Nightwing is seeking a logistics professional with proven ability to fulfill various customer requirements. Be a self-starter, willing to go the extra mile to meet mission requirements in a fast paced, dynamic environment. You will be joining a diverse, dynamic team of quality logistics professionals motivated to the mission and contract success.

Must be a team player with knowledge and experience in all facets of warehouse operations including but not limited to receiving, inventory, shipping, transportation, data entry and audits. You will interact both internally and externally with the customer on a daily basis both in person and via various electronic means. Transportation will consist primarily in the local area but can involve nationwide travel. Our operations may require work in inclement weather, weekends or extended workdays.

Required:

  • Active TS/SCI POLY clearance

  • Minimum 2 years of experience

  • Individuals will be required to lift up to 50-pound items unaided

  • Move heavier items with various warehouse equipment

  • Obtain and maintain a DOT Medical card, forklift certification and DOT/IATA Hazardous Materials certification.

  • Experience in logistical support: packing, shipping/receiving, warehousing/storage support

  • Requires theoretical to advanced knowledge of work area typically obtained through University Degree combined with experience.

  • Team player with good communication and organization skills

  • Ability to follow through with communications and completing actions required to satisfy task deliverables

Education:

Typically requires a University Degree or equivalent experience and minimum 2 years of prior relevant experience.

Additional years of experience can be considered in lieu of a degree

Must be a US Citizen with an active TS/SCI Poly clearance with poly and be crossover eligible.

The salary range for this role is 64,000 USD - 128,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.

Hired applicants may be eligible for benefits, including but not limited to, medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, long-term disability, 401(k) match, flexible spending accounts, flexible work schedules, employee assistance program, Employee Scholar Program, parental leave, paid time off, and holidays. Specific benefits are dependent upon the specific business unit as well as whether or not the position is covered by a collective-bargaining agreement.

Hired applicants may be eligible for annual short-term and/or long-term incentive compensation programs depending on the level of the position and whether or not it is covered by a collective-bargaining agreement. Payments under these annual programs are not guaranteed and are dependent upon a variety of factors including, but not limited to, individual performance, business unit performance, and/or the company’s performance.

This role is a U.S.-based role. If the successful candidate resides in a U.S. territory, the appropriate pay structure and benefits will apply.
