The following responsibilities outline the essential functions of the Dispatcher role:

  • Manage dispatching and scheduling operations.
  • Coordinate all logistics and assign chauffeurs for timely pick-ups.
  • Guide chauffeurs to minimize delays and enhance service quality.
  • Maintain ongoing communication with chauffeurs, management, and reservation teams.
