We are currently seeking a qualified individual to fill the role of Dispatcher.

The Dispatcher will be an integral part of our expansive Dispatch department, responsible for maintaining effective communication with drivers, including those contracted through third parties. This role involves continuous monitoring of service operations to proactively enhance punctuality and productivity. Proficiency in scheduling software, along with strong telephone and data analysis capabilities, is essential. The successful candidate will report directly to the Dispatch Supervisor.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage dispatching and scheduling operations.
  • Coordinate all logistics to ensure timely chauffeur pick-ups.
  • Provide clear guidance to chauffeurs to minimize delays and service disruptions.
  • Maintain ongoing communication with chauffeurs, management, and reservation teams.
  • Anticipate potential service or logistical challenges to ensure client satisfaction.
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships by addressing inquiries and concerns.
  • Prioritize incoming calls based on urgency and significance.
  • Input data into the computer system and maintain logs of activities and information.

Qualifications:
