Site Manager

RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES:

  • Performs on-site management for the Task Order Contract.
  • Management and Supervision of all capabilities, systems, tools, personnel and activities associated with MTC operations.
  • Works collaboratively in direct support of training and technical missions.
  • Manages the coordination and execution of the task order mission training services for multiple unit exercises.
  • Coordinates development of deliverables and products.
  • Directs staff in the completion of daily operations, goals, and performance.
  • Executes programs successfully by managing safety, quality schedule and costs.
  • Assists in the implementation and enforcement of data governance, information management, and security rules for contract personnel assigned to the MTC.
  • Reports directly to the Task Order Manager.

QUALIFICATIONS: 

  • Minimum 10 years of experience supervising at least 20 employees, 8 years with military training and training support operations,
  • 3 years of management experience in a contract with similar size, scope, and complexity within the last 10 years;
  • 3 years of experience with military simulations within the last 10 years;
  • possess a robust understanding of the Army MCTSP and MTC operations.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in Army MTCs.

 

EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS: 

BA/BS degree (Master’s preferred) and Army CGSC or Intermediate Level Education or equivalent level military schooling

 

ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS: 

Must be able to obtain and maintain a current Active Security clearance and meet other eligibility requirements for access to classified information.
