Position Overview:
This role is contingent upon contract award.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Develop, update, and manage the Army365 MTC SharePoint and MS Teams portals for both classified and unclassified users.
- Create and sustain an external-facing site that offers general MTC information, capability overviews, exercise development resources, scheduling tools, and necessary contact information as determined by the Government.
- Establish and maintain an internal site that acts as a primary repository for current and archived MTC data and resources.
- Implement procedures for granting access to knowledge management systems and tools.- Oversee the organization and content management of the Management Interface System (MIS) and SharePoint portals.
- Support the implementation and adherence to data governance, information management, and security protocols.
- Provide Knowledge Management training as needed.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- A minimum of 5 years' experience with Microsoft SharePoint or similar collaborative software tools, along with 5 years' experience in managing electronic knowledge repositories, intranets/portals, collaborative tools, and social media platforms.
- At least 3 years' experience in web design, collaboration tools, and content management.EDUCATIONAL BACKGROUND:
- BA/BS degree in Computer Information Systems, Information Management, or a related field.
ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS:
- Must be able to obtain and maintain a current Active Security clearance and fulfill other eligibility criteria for access to classified information.
