HR Medical Leave Specialist

$50,000/yr.-$55,000/yr. (hourly pay)
Responsibilities:
- Respond to employee inquiries related to medical leave
- Completes forms to correct destination based on pertinent medical leave
- Scan all necessary document into the WFO system
- Follow up with employees regarding their medical leave period and return-to-work dates.
- Track all company leaves of absence, including FMLA, parental leave, paid family leave, short-term disability
Essentials -
- 1-3 years of medical leave administration experience
- Bilingual in Spanish is a must
- Experience in Workforce
- Excellent communication
- Must be able to handle confidential information
- Experience with Microsoft Office
M-F hybrid - 8am-5pm/ 9am-6pm
