HR Medical Leave Specialist 

$50,000/yr.-$55,000/yr. (hourly pay)

Responsibilities:
  • Respond to employee inquiries related to medical leave
  • Completes forms to correct destination based on pertinent medical leave
  • Scan all necessary document into the WFO system
  • Follow up with employees regarding their medical leave period and return-to-work dates.
  • Track all company leaves of absence, including FMLA, parental leave, paid family leave, short-term disability

Essentials - 
  • 1-3 years of medical leave administration experience
  • Bilingual in Spanish is a must
  • Experience in Workforce
  • Excellent communication
  • Must be able to handle confidential information
  • Experience with Microsoft Office

M-F hybrid - 8am-5pm/ 9am-6pm
