Leasing Specialist Opportunity

Are you a motivated and results-driven individual looking for a challenging role in leasing? We are seeking a Leasing Specialist to join our team at The Domain Companies. As a Leasing Specialist, you will be responsible for leasing apartments to prospective tenants and maximizing revenue by effectively selling the value of our properties.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lease apartments to prospective tenants and maximize revenue by effectively selling the value of our properties.
  • Prospect relentlessly to generate traffic, build a pipeline, and close leases.
  • Develop, execute, and monitor a marketing and social media strategy in partnership with the corporate marketing team and property leadership.
  • Create a memorable and seamless move-in and move-out for our residents in collaboration with the property team.
  • Ensure the property remains in impeccable condition.
  • Provide firsthand knowledge of the local area and our community.
  • Assist in planning, coordinating, and promoting resident social events.

Requirements:
  • High school or GED required.
  • A minimum of 2 years of market rate leasing experience preferred.
  • Customer-centric with a warm demeanor, positive attitude, and impeccable follow through.
  • Ability to work independently and with a team.
  • Ability to plan and prioritize efficiently and motivate/lead team members.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and complete multiple tasks with simultaneous deadlines/interruptions.
