We are seeking a highly skilled and reliable Operational Delivery Specialist to join our team at Red Rabbit LLC.

The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of driving experience in NYC, 2+ years of customer service or retail experience, and a valid NYC driver's license with less than 3 points on the license.

The Delivery Specialist will play a critical role in Red Rabbit's success by providing support to the Regional Director and Head Chefs in delivering meals to school programs in the NYC area.

The successful candidate will be punctual, detail-oriented, and have excellent customer service skills. They must be able to reliably commute to Long Island City, Queens, by 4:00 am Monday through Friday.

Key responsibilities include ensuring accurate and on-time delivery of meals, communicating any obstacles or problems immediately to team leads, and following daily reports and route sheets to ensure consistency.

The ideal candidate will also be able to navigate the New York City area without reliance on GPS and find alternate routes when necessary.

Additionally, the Delivery Specialist will practice food safety habits throughout the delivery process and assist with daily operational tasks as needed.
