- The Employee Relations Manager is a self-motivated, trusted advisor who operates with a high level of integrity and can gain the trust of stakeholders at all levels in the organization.
- This role is also responsible for managing investigations on complex workplace issues and providing recommendations to resolve them, while also maintaining a balanced and impartial viewpoint.
- This role may be called on to participate in a crisis management response and labor relations.
- Partners with ER team members, HRBPs, HR COEs, Legal, and other partners as needed to address and resolve a broad range of employee issues, including progressive discipline, performance management, involuntary separations, and litigation matters.
- Contribute with both hands-on and strategic support to our people managers through effective employee relations management, ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local laws, as well as alignment with company policies and AUSA's broader people strategy.
- Partner with the Employment Law team to effectively support the investigative process, particularly on matters with the potential for significant exposure to the organization.
- Partner with the labor relations team on all people related issues covered by a collective bargaining agreement.
