Direct Residential Sales Manager

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales Manager specializing in leading external field sales teams to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies that drive revenue growth through our external sales partners. RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE, BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO: Sales Partner Management: Identify, onboard, and manage relationships with strategic vendors and partners to enhance our product offerings and expand market reach. Provide product and sales training to sales partner teams to maximize sales effectiveness Sales Strategy and Execution: Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, product management, and operations to align sales strategies with overall business objectives. Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for growth and improvement. Authorized Reseller Channel Management: Develop and implement sales plans and programs for authorized resellers to achieve sales targets and market penetration goals. Provide training, support, and resources to reseller partners to effectively promote and sell our fiber optic internet services. Performance Monitoring and Reporting: Monitor sales performance metrics, KPIs, and pipeline activity to track progress against targets and drive continuous improvement. Prepare regular reports and presentations for senior management outlining sales achievements, challenges, and opportunities. QUALIFICATIONS INCLUDE: Bachelor’s degree in Business or Marketing, or equivalent work experience Proven experience in sales management, sales partner management, or channel sales within the telecommunications or technology industry preferred. Demonstrated success in developing and executing sales strategies that drive revenue growth and exceed targets. Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills with a customer-centric focus. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, competitive environment while managing multiple priorities effectively. Knowledge of Direct Sales practices Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and MS Office Suite; familiarity with sales analytics tools is a plus.
