Property Management Supervisor Opportunity

We are seeking a seasoned Property Management Supervisor to join our team at Pro Residential. As a key member of our property management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our apartment complexes in Oklahoma.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate and manage all transactions, ensuring timely and efficient processing.
  • Develop and implement strategies to attract and retain new tenants, improving occupancy rates and revenue.
  • Investigate and resolve tenant complaints in a fair and timely manner, maintaining a positive reputation for our properties.
  • Collaborate with property staff to update and improve properties, enhancing their value and appeal.
  • Supervise and train property staff, ensuring they have the necessary skills and knowledge to excel in their roles.
  • Enforce property and association rules and regulations, maintaining a safe and secure environment for tenants.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in property management, with a proven track record of success.
  • Ability to supervise multiple properties, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with tenants and staff.
  • Bilingual in Spanish is a plus, but not required.
