We are currently seeking a Senior Engagement Manager to join our team in Chantilly, Virginia (US-VA), United States (US).
Position Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the overall management of the specific task order(s) and performance of technical teams who deliver production applications.
- The person responsible for the contractor's delivery of a product or application with 30 or more staff members.
- Responsible for meeting customer requirements, specifications and quality assurance standards.
- Responsible POC for contract deliverables
- Works directly with the government to ensure staffing needs are met, with the authority to add/remove staff at the government's direction
- Responsible for the software and hardware licenses and maintenance support procured under the contract for their application(s)
Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in English, Literature, Business, Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, Social Science, Psychology or other related analytical, scientific, or technical discipline.
- Minimum 10 years of experience managing a large, complex task order (or a group of task orders).
- Minimum 7 years of experience planning, directing, and coordinating administrative activities, program control and supervision of personnel.
- Minimum 7 years of experience in requirements definition, work planning, budget control, and communications with COTR, COR, and other program officials.
- Active Top Secret Clearance
