Job Overview

Granules is seeking a highly skilled Senior Talent Development Manager to lead the development and execution of strategies that attract, develop, retain, and optimize talent for the organization. This role will oversee all aspects of talent management, including talent strategy, organizational development, learning and development, leadership coaching, performance management, succession planning, goal setting/KPIs, employee engagement & retention, while developing HR programs and learning systems.

The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with a strong background in HR and a passion for developing people. They will have hands-on experience and understanding of people analytics, with the ability to draw data insights. The Senior Talent Development Manager will partner with business leaders to deliver across all elements and aspects of the people strategy.

Main Responsibilities Include:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive talent management strategies to attract, retain, and develop top talent.
  • Oversee the talent acquisition process, ensuring the recruitment of high-caliber candidates who align with the company's values and goals.
  • Oversee succession planning to ensure a pipeline of qualified candidates for key positions.

Key Performance Indicators:

  • Develop and implement a robust performance management system that drives employee engagement and high performance.
  • Provide guidance and support to managers in conducting performance reviews, setting objectives, and developing performance improvement plans.
  • Analyze performance data to identify trends and areas for improvement, and develop strategies to address gaps.

Requirements:

Minimum Education & Experience Required:

Bachelor's degree with at least 8 years of related experience in Human Resources, or Master's degree with at least 5 years of related experience in Human Resources including talent management , learning and development, leadership coaching, employee engagement & retention, performance management.

Experience preferably in the pharmaceutical or biotech industries are desirable.
