Job Summary

Ennoble First, Inc. is seeking an energetic and motivated Senior Sales/Growth Manager to focus on building and managing a team of Business Developers and adding to our Federal business portfolio.

The Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to train and manage a team of high-performing Account Managers and Business Developers.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of growing customer portfolios and programs, as well as experience building, developing, and managing successful sales teams.

This role requires a highly motivated individual with experience in the federal market and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Primary Responsibilities

  1. Lead, mentor, and manage a team of Account Managers and Business Developers.
  2. Develop and implement sales strategies to grow revenue, expand customer portfolios, and increase market share.
  3. Train the sales team in best practices for client engagement, relationship management, and sales techniques.
  4. Identify and establish strategic relationships with key decision-makers to secure new business opportunities and develop and build customer intimacy with Federal agencies.
  5. Set and monitor individual and team KPIs, ensuring accountability and meeting or exceeding performance targets.
  6. Leverage existing programs and customers to create on-contract growth.
  7. Market our capabilities to customers through briefings, customer visits, and a variety of customer engagement opportunities such as Industry Days, symposiums, and conferences.
  8. Prepare and present powerful, persuasive sales presentations that effectively demonstrate the value proposition of Ennoble First solutions.
  9. Build and maintain a high-level business relationship with an assigned partner(s). Be the main point of contact for a portion of our corporate client base.
  10. Liaison with internal departments to determine the best solutions to meet clients' needs.
  11. Stay organized and on top of outstanding items that need to be addressed for the client.
  12. Coordinate contract renewal and negotiation when appropriate.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a technical or business discipline and at least 8+ years of relevant experience.
  • 5+ years of experience supervising or leading diverse teams or programs.
  • An existing, strong relationship with Federal agencies (i.e. NGA, DISA, DOD, HHS, State)
  • Existing relationships with top 100 federal contractors
  • Ability to identify and establish prospective clients and generate business accounts.
  • Successful proven track record of building a portfolio of programs.
  • Prefer both small and large business experience.
  • Superior verbal and written communication skills.
  • Highly collaborative and able to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office applications, Salesforce, GovWin, and etc.
  • Strong interest and understanding of emerging technologies.
  • Must be extremely responsible and have an open and engaging personality.
  • Able to respond to data calls related to solution-based subcontracts with defined swim lanes
