    About Our Client

    Our client is searching for a passionate and professional Legal Recruiting Coordinator to join their large global law firm to be based in the New York office.

    Job Description

  • Source and screen candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and referrals
Schedule interviews and meetings with candidates and hiring managers, ensuring timely communication and follow-upManage candidate correspondence, including responding to inquiries, scheduling interviews, and providing feedbackAssist with the preparation of job postings, offer letters, and other recruitment-related documentsCollaborate with the HR team to ensure compliance with legal regulations and internal policies throughout the recruitment processTrack recruitment metrics and prepare regular reports for management reviewParticipate in recruiting events, job fairs, and other networking opportunities to attract top talent to the firmProvide administrative support as needed, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and maintaining recruitment databases

The Successful Applicant

The ideal candidate will have 2-5 years of experience in legal recruiting or a related field, along with strong organizational skills and a passion for talent acquisitionBachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field2-5 years of experience in legal recruiting or a similar role, preferably in a law firm or legal environmentStrong understanding of legal terminology and the legal industryExcellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact professionally with candidates, hiring managers, and colleaguesProven ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
