Key Accountabilities May Include:
•    Must be able to work on a wide range of projects including, but not limited to, implementations and upgrades, process re-design improvement and organizational change
•    Develop and execute coaching plan for individual and team communication process improvement and effectiveness
•    Responsible for assessing change impacts of business solutions/projects and translate into business value focused communications and presentations
•    Responsible for compiling or assisting with various monthly and quarterly reports for key programs and efforts
•    Draft communications appropriate for executive level consumption
•    Acts as an informal resource for others with less experience in the development of OCM plans
•    Resource to others in completing Business Process Mapping for key programs

Required Skills and Experience
•    Experience level: 7+ years 
•    Requires a strong understanding of Oil & Gas industry
•    Must have experience in Change Management & Training

Preferred Skills and Experience
•    Advanced communication skills 
•    Experience in Business Process Mapping
•    Intermediate level experience with Vizio software
•    Advanced level experience with Microsoft PowerPoint
•    Experience with group/meeting facilitation
