Position Details:
- Full-Time, Monday to Friday (9:00 AM – 5:00 PM)

Key Responsibilities:
- Facilitate the recruitment process, including job postings, resume evaluations, and candidate interviews.
- Oversee employee benefits programs and ensure adherence to company policies and legal requirements.
- Assist in the formulation and execution of HR policies and procedures.
- Provide support and guidance to employees regarding HR-related matters.
- Maintain precise employee records while ensuring the confidentiality of sensitive information.
- Conduct orientations and onboarding for new hires.
- Regularly update the employee handbook as necessary.
- Support the performance management process, including goal setting and evaluations.
- Coordinate training and development initiatives for employees.
- Stay informed about HR trends and best practices.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in HR operations.
- In-depth knowledge of HR policies and procedures.

- Ability to maintain confidentiality and manage sensitive information.
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and HRIS systems (e.g., ADP).
- Willingness to travel between store locations as needed.
- Must pass pre-employment drug and alcohol testing and background checks.
