Position Details:

  • Full-Time, Monday to Friday (9:00 AM – 5:00 PM)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Facilitate the recruitment process, including job postings, resume evaluations, and candidate interviews.
  • Oversee employee benefits programs and ensure adherence to company policies and legal requirements.
  • Assist in the formulation and execution of HR policies and procedures.
  • Provide support and guidance to employees regarding HR-related matters.
  • Maintain precise employee records while ensuring the confidentiality of sensitive information.
  • Conduct orientations and onboarding for new hires.
  • Regularly update the employee handbook as necessary.
  • Support the performance management process, including goal setting and evaluations.
  • Coordinate training and development initiatives for employees.
  • Stay informed about HR trends and best practices.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in HR operations.

  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and manage sensitive information.
  • Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and HRIS systems (e.g., ADP).
  • Willingness to travel between store locations as needed.
  • Must pass pre-employment drug and alcohol testing and background checks.
