  • Activate the lobby with Moxy brand events especially around beverage, music, fashion and more
  • Maximize sales at Bar Moxy with promotions and marketing
  • Train and develop your team so they can deliver top-notch customer service
  • Conduct daily check department standups to communicate company initiatives and needs
  • Coach your team so they feel empowered to handle situations as they arise.  Encouraging ownership and accountability is key
  • Solve problems like a superhero
  • Keep track of everything with accurate daily shift reports, security reports and financials in the PMS system Fosse
  • Make sure everyone knows what they're doing by communicating and setting policies and procedures for the rockstar team
  • Be the glue that holds everything together by communicating with other departments like housekeeping, engineering, valet, bar and

  • Make sure we follow all of Marriott's guidelines

    Here's what we're looking for:

    • At least 1 year of experience in hotel B&F or events
    • Awesome customer service skills, and the ability to turn a frown upside down
    • Great communication skills, whether it's talking to guests, your team, or the higher-ups
    • A problem-solving mastermind who can handle anything that comes their way
    • A flexible schedule
