At Stellis AI, we are pioneers in harnessing artificial intelligence to transform businesses, drive innovation, and create sustainable business growth. We are seeking a visionary Vice President of AI Strategy and Advisory to lead our AI Strategy and Advisory practice. This role calls for a seasoned leader with a robust background in business and AI technology, business strategy, and digital innovation, with experience leading consulting and advisory organizations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Leadership and Advisory: Provide expert guidance and leadership across the company and to our clients on the strategic adoption of AI, ensuring integration of best practices in AI and machine learning.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Build strong relationships with client senior management, external partners, and our internal teams to evaluate, design and implement business strategies that take advantage of AI and related technologies.
  • Innovation Management: Identify new innovation opportunities with clients that use AI to create competitive advantage and growth.
  • Digital Transformation: Lead transformative initiatives that integrate advanced digital technologies, particularly AI and machine learning, into business processes to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Research and Delivery: Stay abreast of AI technology improvements and deliver projects that use them on behalf of our clients. Publicize thought leadership on adoption of AI in business.
  • Thought Leadership: Provide new and unique insights to our customers and industry to influence AI adoption and create new best practices.
  • Team Development: Build and mentor a high-performing team of AI specialists and consultants to support strategic objectives and projects.
Requirements
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in a senior technology leadership role, leading technology teams and projects leveraging relevant AI and cloud technologies. 
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a consulting or advisory practice, working directly with clients to assess, create, and deliver improvements to business strategy leveraging current technologies, including AI.
  • Extensive knowledge of AI technologies and applications, including machine learning and generative AI, with practical experience in applying these technologies to solve business challenges.
  • Strong background in developing and executing strategic plans that drive innovation and business growth.
  • Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to manage, inspire, and develop a diverse team of technology and consulting professionals.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the capability to engage and influence senior executives, stakeholders, and partners.
  • Bachelors or equivalent degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.
