We are in search of a strategic leader for the role of Vice President of AI Strategy and Advisory. This position requires a highly experienced professional with a solid foundation in business and AI technologies, strategic planning, and digital transformation, particularly in leading consulting and advisory practices.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Leadership and Guidance: Offer expert direction and leadership within the organization and to our clients regarding the strategic implementation of AI, ensuring the incorporation of industry best practices in AI and machine learning.
  • Client Engagement: Cultivate robust relationships with senior management of clients, external collaborators, and internal teams to assess, design, and execute business strategies that leverage AI and associated technologies.
  • Innovation Identification: Discover new opportunities for innovation with clients that utilize AI to establish competitive advantages and promote growth.
  • Digital Transformation Leadership: Spearhead transformative projects that integrate cutting-edge digital technologies, especially AI and machine learning, into business operations to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Research and Implementation: Keep updated on advancements in AI technologies and oversee projects that implement these innovations for our clients. Share thought leadership on the integration of AI in business practices.
  • Thought Leadership: Provide unique insights to clients and the industry to shape AI adoption and establish new best practices.
  • Team Development: Recruit and mentor a high-performing team of AI experts and consultants to support strategic goals and initiatives.
Requirements
  • At least 10 years of experience in a senior technology leadership position, managing technology teams and projects utilizing relevant AI and cloud technologies.
  • A minimum of 5 years in a consulting or advisory role, directly collaborating with clients to evaluate, develop, and implement enhancements to business strategies using current technologies, including AI.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of AI technologies and applications, including machine learning and generative AI, with hands-on experience in applying these technologies to address business challenges.
  • Strong expertise in formulating and executing strategic plans that promote innovation and business expansion.
  • Outstanding leadership abilities with the capacity to manage, motivate, and develop a diverse team of technology and consulting professionals.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, capable of engaging and influencing senior executives, stakeholders, and partners.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related discipline.
