What Youâll Work On

The Manager, for Service Training is responsible for leading a team of Service Training Professionals to support the CoreDx Global field service organization. This position will have a significant impact on the success of the CoreDx Global Service and Support Organization by delivering relevant and engaging technical training that will be a driver of CoreDX Global Service being a "best in class" service organization.

  • Train field service employees to drive utilization for Core Diagnostic tools including technical information, TSBs, KM Articles, and other related tools to continue a deep understanding of product performance comparing to competitorsâ products.
  • Ensure training programs support division goals for business and market expansion, revenue growth and margin targets, and are cost effective.
  • Foster continuous improvement of service delivery and evaluation of training programs targeted to improve employee service and support performance.
  • Implement and develop improved tactics for the onboarding of new service and applications personnel, with sustained learning objectives.
  • Partner with Learning Management System administration to enroll new hires in the appropriate learning path in a timely manner.
  • Serves as subject matter expert (SME) on technical training center operations and business-related concerns.
  • Drive target timelines and remove challenges from direct team to drive business performance.
  • Provide support in the development of Global Training Standard Operating Procedures, Trainer Certifications, Training Content and APLM approvals and measurement metrics.
  • Research and propose effective learning solutions to recommend innovative/ new ways to deliver training using Mixed/Augmented/Virtual Reality and new technologies.
  • Develop and cultivate relationships with global Core DX leadership to support execution of global service training initiatives.
  • Drive people development and professional growth with direct reports; securing appropriate training and assigning progressively challenging tasks.
  • Monitors work operations and provides direction and guidance to direct reports. Assess resource needs to assure that the accurate level of quality support is provided when needed with the competencies needed.
  • Hires and retains a diverse, high-performing staff and provides ongoing performance feedback. Manages the execution of goals through coaching and mentoring.
  • Managing up to 4 employees

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelorâs Degree or an equivalent combination of education and work experience preferably in Education, Science Engineering, Human Resources, Business, or Instructional Design
  • Strong knowledge/understanding/of working with a Learning Management System.
  • Knowledge of adult learning delivery techniques and general principles of adult learning.
  • Experience utilizing word processing software (e.g. Microsoft Office - Word, Excel and PowerPoint.)
  • 3+ yearsâ experience leading a team of technical/service professionals.
  • Strong communication, organizational and presentation skills.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Demonstrated high level of professionalism, confidentiality, and discretion.
  • Excellent analysis and decision-making skills.
  • Candidate must foster an inclusive work environment and respect all aspects of diversity.
  • Successful candidate must demonstrate and value differences in othersâ strengths, perspectives, and approaches.

The base pay for this position is $95,000.00 â $190,000.00. In specific locations, the pay range may vary from the range posted.
