    Job Description

  • Lead and manage a team of approximately 20 finance and accounting professionals.
Oversee financial reporting processes, including month-end and year-end close.Develop and implement financial policies, procedures, and controls to support business operations and growth objectives.Prepare accurate and timely financial statements and analysis for management and external stakeholders.Collaborate with senior management to provide financial insights and recommendations.Manage cash flow, forecasting, and budgeting processes to optimize financial performance.Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and accounting standards.Lead initiatives to enhance financial systems and processes for improved efficiency and accuracy.Support due diligence and other activities related to potential business sale or acquisition.

The Successful Applicant

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA designation preferred.Minimum of 7 years of progressive experience in finance and accounting leadership roles.Strong leadership skills with experience in managing and developing a team.Deep understanding of financial principles, practices, and regulations.Proven track record in building financial infrastructure and implementing systems/processes.Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.Ability to communicate complex financial concepts effectively to non-financial stakeholders.Experience in the food manufacturing industry is a plus.Strategic thinker with the ability to drive results in a dynamic environment.
