Expected salary range of $135,000 to $150,000, dependent on experience, complemented by a thorough benefits package that includes bonuses and a 401(k) plan.

PRIMARY PURPOSE OF POSITION

The primary responsibility of this role is to oversee and coordinate the activities of the planning team, Component Optimization Group, and FIN Team to ensure an efficient workforce that aligns with divisional, departmental, site, and corporate objectives while adhering to all company policies and applicable regulations.

PRIMARY DUTIES AND ACCOUNTABILITIES

+ Engage in all facets of work control, coordination, and scheduling, including online operations, load reductions, forced outages, and refuel outages, ensuring that maintenance tasks are appropriately assigned, planned, and prepared for execution. Manage and oversee departmental resources and expenditures for all assigned work, including refuel outages, within the approved budget.

+ Effectively lead assigned personnel (e.g., Hiring, Development, Compensation, Performance Evaluation, ensuring Training Certification compliance, etc.) to guarantee that all divisional tasks are conducted safely and efficiently by trained personnel in accordance with plant protocols, NRC regulations, and the site schedule.

+ Oversee the creation of efficient and comprehensive work packages for all maintenance tasks requiring planning for online, forced outage, refuel outage, and unplanned power reduction work. This includes the administration and supervision of both internal and external planning staff, including maintenance contract personnel.

+ Responsible for the overall development, implementation, and monitoring of the component optimization group, utilizing preventative, predictive, and proactive maintenance strategies to enhance equipment reliability, plant performance, and departmental work planning efficiency.

+ Manage the FIN team effectively to boost equipment reliability and minimize disruptions to scheduled station activities.

+ Oversee the CMO Group to enhance equipment reliability and reduce the impact on scheduled activities (for single units).

+ Participate in all aspects of Maintenance Department management to support the safe and efficient operation of the plant, including the development, implementation, and performance monitoring of all corporate, site, and divisional business goals and objectives.

+ Communicate significant plant and personnel matters to the Maintenance Director and relevant levels of station management, fostering open communication and collaboration among all internal and external organizations, including INPO and regulatory bodies.

+ Collaborate with on-site Engineering to support the development of plant modification work packages.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

+ A four-year technical degree with a minimum of 10 years of experience in the utility or related industry, or an Associate's degree with ten years of relevant experience, including five years in a supervisory capacity.

+ Must meet ANSI requirements for site Maintenance Manager.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

Successful completion of core supervisory and management training and development programs.
