About The Role

As the founding member of Revenue Operations, you'll report into the SVP, Finance & Ops and will have the opportunity to shape a new function at CapIntel. This role will focus on optimizing GTM effectiveness through analytics, enablement, and process. In addition, this role will partner closely with our Sales, Marketing and CX leaders and play a pivotal part in overall productivity and effectiveness of the revenue organization.

What you'll do

  • Partner with GTM Leadership teams to optimize existing Revenue models and launch new Revenue & Expansion strategies
  • Collaborate with GTM Leadership & Finance to execute plan Milestones / Capacity and improve Unit Economics as CapIntel scales
  • Ensure intra and inter Department collaborations are aligned with the larger company-wide strategy and milestone
  • Establish consistent reporting & analysis of Customer Funnel to maintain clear visibility of GTM activities and effectiveness
  • Revamp Revenue workflows & tech stack to ensure high data accuracy and help GTM improve strategic decision making
  • Manage operating rhythms such as weekly reviews, forecasts, KPI reviews, and OKRs
  • Work with GTM management to deliver performance improvement and training initiatives

Qualifications

  • Several years of experience leading RevOps or SalesOps at rapidly growing B2B Enterprise SaaS companies and understanding the customer funnel
  • Developed and implemented strategies to streamline and integrate operations across Sales, Marketing, and CX, fostering a seamless revenue cycle
  • Experience working with GTM tech stack (Hubspot, Salesforce, etc) and BI Tools (Looker or Tableau)
  • Experience in setting up a data environment and working with large & complex data sets to deliver business insights
  • Demonstrated expertise and success in the analysis, design, and automation of business processes
  • Excels at cross functional collaboration - Professional, Accountable, and Data Driven
  • Clear demonstration of hitting and exceeding operational and project goals
  • Highly organized, detail oriented, and strong sense of urgency
  • Strong interpersonal, communication and decision-making skills

Bonus experience

  • Understanding of relevant KPIs (eg CARR, LTV, CAC)

Additional Job details

The on target earning (OTE) range for this position is $140k - $160k USD annually.

Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies and experience. Base pay is one part of the total rewards that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work at CapIntel. This role is eligible for stock options, as well as a comprehensive benefits package.
