Role Overview
As a Senior Analyst in Revenue Operations, your primary focus will be to propel significant business results across the revenue organization, which includes marketing, channels, alliances, industry, sales, and customer success teams.

We are in search of a seasoned professional with a proven history of establishing automated and sustainable systems, collaborating with diverse cross-functional teams to achieve multi-million dollar annual revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities

- Collaborate with revenue team leaders to provide high-quality reporting solutions that foster a data-driven culture of accountability and transparency.

- Standardize reporting frameworks for marketing operations to enhance team accountability for activities and outcomes.

- Automate routine reporting tasks to ensure consistent visibility and provide leverage for the RevOps team.

- Develop and refine marketing performance metrics to guide our strategic direction as we expand our marketing channels.

- Lead the forecasting function for RevOps customer acquisition and work closely with Finance partners to monitor performance against targets.

- Partner with Business Systems teams to ensure that new processes and automation improvements enhance overall data quality.

Qualifications

- 7+ years of relevant experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, Growth Analytics, or Business Intelligence.

- 5+ years of experience collaborating with Marketing and Sales teams, with a solid grasp of typical go-to-market metrics.

- Ability to translate business processes and data into analytical solutions.

- Expert-level proficiency in SQL, along with familiarity with Salesforce, Marketo (or similar marketing automation tools), and a BI tool (Tableau, Looker, PowerBI, etc.).

- Strong background in dimensional modeling and data warehousing principles.

- Proven ability to work collaboratively across various functions and comprehend the underlying needs behind requests.

- Experience in troubleshooting data discrepancies and collaborating with Business Systems and Engineering teams to resolve upstream data issues.

- A strong curiosity to understand operational processes and create order from complexity.

- A resilient yet positive demeanor; possessing a keen eye for identifying effective practices and areas for improvement.
