About the Role

Catch+Release is seeking a dynamic Revenue Operations Manager to join our revenue team. This is a great opportunity to join an early-stage company that's already highly productive yet still building and learning. The team is results-oriented, collaborative, and mission-driven. The Revenue Operations Manager will be responsible for optimizing and overseeing the end-to-end revenue processes, systems, and data across the organization. This role requires a strategic thinker with a hands-on approach, excellent analytical skills, and a deep understanding of revenue operations within a software company. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with Salesforce, HubSpot, and NetSuite, and a proven track record of driving revenue growth and operational efficiency.

You are motivated, focused, and an energetic, self-starter who is comfortable multitasking in a fast-paced environment., You’re comfortable working both independently and as part of a broader team including cross-functionally with marketing, customer success, and curation services. 

You will also work closely with product and marketing to provide feedback and learnings, as we hone and improve our GTM strategies and approach. You are comfortable working in an ambiguous, start-up environment and you embrace an experiment-driven, fail-fast culture. You have the ability to context switch and present to a variety of personas across marketing teams. 


What You’ll Do:

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive revenue operations strategy that aligns with the company's growth objectives.
  • Oversee and manage the revenue operations infrastructure, including Salesforce, HubSpot, and NetSuite, ensuring seamless integration and data accuracy.
  • Collaborate with sales, marketing, finance, and customer success teams to streamline processes, improve data visibility, and enhance reporting capabilities.
  • Monitor and analyze key revenue metrics, providing actionable insights and recommendations to drive performance improvements.
  • Lead the implementation of new tools and technologies to optimize revenue operations and support scalability.
  • Ensure data integrity and consistency across all revenue-related systems, implementing best practices for data management and governance.
  • Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and analytics to support decision-making and track progress towards revenue targets.
  • Conduct regular audits and assessments of revenue processes, identifying areas for improvement and driving continuous enhancement initiatives.
  • Provide training and support to team members on revenue operations processes and systems, fostering a culture of data-driven decision-making.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, leveraging insights to drive innovation and operational excellence.


What You’ll Bring:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in revenue operations, sales operations, or a similar role within a software or technology company.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce, HubSpot, and NetSuite, with a deep understanding of their functionalities and integrations.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and provide actionable insights.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing revenue operations processes and driving revenue growth.
  • Excellent project management skills, with the ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and meet deadlines.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Detail-oriented and highly organized, with a focus on accuracy and data integrity.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.


What Will Make You Stand Out

  • Being knowledgeable and savvy with digital and social platforms, with an in-depth knowledge of the campaign / commercial production world and process from design to release of assets.
  • Knowledge of intellectual property licensing and/or industry-related experience is an added plus
  • AdTech experience, selling advertising products to brands to include AdTech products (DSP, DMP, DAM, CMS)
  • Coming to the table with a “book of repeatable business” or a list of previously called-on accounts and established relationships
