As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the front office staff. This includes scheduling, planning, and developing departmental strategies to ensure a seamless guest experience. You will also be in charge of conducting routine inspections to maintain the highest standards of cleanliness and hospitality. Additionally, you will assist with revenue generation and maximizing the use of company systems and processes. As the manager on duty, you will play a crucial role in leading our team to success.Requirements
Basic reading, writing, and math skills are required for this role, along with the ability to interact with guests in a friendly and professional manner. You must be able to stand for long periods of time, lift up to 10 pounds, and work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.Education & Experience
A Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university is preferred, along with one to two years of Front Office/Hilton experienceWhy Join Us
