Supervisory It Specialist CUST SPT

Pursuant to 50 USC 3024 (v), and with concurrence and consultation with the Director of National Intelligence and the Director of the Office of Personnel Management, this position is being established in the excepted service as an element of the Intelligence Community within the Department of the Treasury.
As a Supervisory It Specialist CUST SPT, you will:
Evaluate the effectiveness of existing programs, trends, and patterns in customer usage, and systemic problems along with Identifying new processes, techniques, and procedures to upgrade and enhance services.
Develop measurement tools and tracking systems to insure prompt, effective, and efficient response to user requests.
Lead rapid response teams to resolve or mitigate systems and/or equipment failures resulting from emergency situations.
Evaluate proposals for the acquisition of IT products or services.
