Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise a team of Compliance and Enforcement Specialists to ensure effective and efficient compliance with laws, regulations, and policies.
  • Develop and implement compliance training programs to ensure staff is knowledgeable and compliant with regulatory requirements.
  • Provide technical advice and guidance to management and staff on compliance and enforcement matters.
  • Conduct investigations and audits to ensure compliance with laws, regulations, and policies.
  • Develop and implement strategies to promote compliance and enforcement philosophies and principles.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure effective and efficient compliance with laws, regulations, and policies.

Requirements

  • One year of specialized experience in a compliance or enforcement role, equivalent to the GS-13 level.
  • Experience in developing and implementing compliance training programs.
  • Experience in conducting investigations and audits.
  • Experience in providing technical advice and guidance to management and staff.
  • Experience in developing and implementing strategies to promote compliance and enforcement philosophies and principles.

Working Conditions

This position may be eligible to telework up to four days per week, based upon the duties of the position. This position may also be eligible for flexible work arrangements as determined by agency policy and any applicable collective bargaining agreements.
