Responsibilities

Assists with research, filing, data entry, and recording and maintaining accurate and complete financial records Prepares and reviews monthly payments for rent for multiple locations Prepares and tracks property tax fillings and payments Assists with data entry Assists with preparation of various reports Other duties as assigned

Required Skills & Required Experience

Currently pursuing a bachelor's or master's degree in Accounting or Finance is required Proficiency using Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel is required Strong analytical, problem solving and organizational skills Great attention to detail and ability to multitask Excellent verbal and written communication skills High level of efficiency and accuracy Strong work ethic, task-oriented, reliable
