Pay Rate: $18.00 to $20.00 per hour, based on experience

Shift: Monday - Friday, 8 AM - 4 PM

As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the go-to person for both internal and external customers, handling inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a high level of satisfaction. Your role involves multitasking, prioritizing requests, and striving to create positive outcomes for both the company and its clients.

Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Understand products to provide expert support and advice.
  • Act as the main contact for assigned accounts, including customers, dealers, and distributors.
  • Process sales orders and update customers on shipping status.
  • Handle warranty returns from start to finish.
  • Offer technical assistance for part number inquiries.
  • Support Field Account & Promotions Managers and Sales Managers with administrative tasks.
  • Communicate clearly and promptly to resolve issues and concerns.
Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • 3+ years in customer service or account management.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel).
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
  • Effective problem-solving and analytical abilities.
  • Detail-oriented and organized.
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Reliable attendance and self-motivated.
  • Comfortable with extended periods of sitting or standing and walking around the facility.
  • Able to handle exposure to noise, dust, odors, heat, and cold.
