Pay: $20.00/hr - $24.00/hr

1st Shift: 4:00 AM - 1:00 PM

Requirements: The job requirements include 1-3 years of CSR experience, a minimum of 1 year of experience in a manufacturing or packaging industry, proficiency with Microsoft Office applications such as Word, Excel, and Outlook, and a high school diploma or equivalent 3-5 years of experience in a customer service role.

Job Duties: The Customer Service Representative will manage new account setups, the sales order management process, and the communication of customer order status and delivery dates. This position will ensure strong customer relationships are built and maintained by offering a 'world-class' level of customer service.
