Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain a clean and tidy office space
- Selling filters and other products
- Schedule appointments and manage the company calendar
- Handle payment processing and record-keeping
- Perform data entry tasks with accuracy
- Scan, organize, and save important files
- Provide general office support as needed
- Assist in maintaining an organized and efficient workspace

Qualifications:
- MUST BE DOG FRIENDLY. A co-worker has a support dog who will be in the office daily.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently or in a group
- Strong attention to detail and ability to retain information
- Strong organizational skills
- Proficiency in basic computer tasks (typing, data entry, email, excel, word, etc.)
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
- Excellent communication skills, written and verbal
- Ability to remain calm and professional when handling challenging customer interactions
- familiarity with square or like processing programs.
- 1-year previous office experience preferred
- familiarity/experience with HVAC preferred
- Must be able to communicate with individuals who speak with diverse accents effectively
