Director/Head of Enterprise Go-To-Market

Role Overview: As the Director/Head of Enterprise Go-To-Market, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to drive revenue growth in our enterprise segment. You'll lead a high-performing team of sales professionals, working closely with product, marketing, and customer success teams to ensure seamless execution of our go-to-market plans.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategy Development: Craft and execute a comprehensive enterprise go-to-market strategy Identify key market opportunities and develop plans to capitalize on them Continuously analyze market trends and competitive landscape to refine strategies Sales Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of enterprise sales professionals Set and track individual and team performance metrics Implement best practices for sales processes and methodologies Revenue Growth: Drive significant year-over-year revenue growth in the enterprise segment Consistently achieve and exceed quarterly sales quotas Develop and maintain relationships with key enterprise accounts Pipeline Management: Oversee the entire sales pipeline, from lead generation to deal closure Implement effective forecasting and reporting mechanisms Regularly review and optimize the sales funnelQualifications:
Bachelor's degree required Minimum of 5+ years of experience in enterprise sales, with at least 3 years in a leadership role Proven track record of selling technology solutions at a growth-stage company (e.g., Series A+) Experience in technology industry Proven track record of consistently hitting 100%+ of quarterly quotas Demonstrated ability to close deals valued at $100-250K+ Must have closed at least one $1M+ deal within the past 24 months Deep understanding of enterprise sales cycles and complex decision-making processes Strong analytical skills with the ability to use data to drive decisions Excellent communication and presentation skills Experience with CRM systems and sales technologies Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with high growth Ability to thrive in an unstructured environmentPreferred Qualifications:
Experience in frontier technology, corporate travel software or related fields Background in tier 1 management consulting or investment bankingKey Performance Indicators:
