Director of Llama Go-to-Market Partnerships

Director of Llama Go-to-Market Partnerships Responsibilities:
- Lead a high-performing global team of talented and motivated partnerships leaders
- Develop the existing team and recruit new leaders into the organization
- Set OKR targets and drive the team to achieve these targets
- Set and drive product strategy and new business opportunities with key partners, including cloud service providers, global systems integrators, leading IT companies, and top developers
- Represent Meta in external meetings with executives, both internally and externally
- Maintain direct and active relationships with executives at partner companies, serving as an escalation point of various issues
- Drive complex relationships to resolution through both internal and external communications
- Work cross-functionally with product, engineering, business development, policy, legal, marketing, and PR to launch products and partnerships and to improve our offering
- Bachelor's degree
- 15+ years of experience, including 10+ years of experience in a partner-facing role
- Experience building and leading teams
- Experience bringing new products to market and scaling them
- Proven communication and presentation skills
- Product strategy experience and understanding of the mobile ecosystems
- Technical background with an understanding of product and engineering
- Experience with AI and GenAI
- MBA or JD

$232,000/year to $296,000/year + bonus + equity + benefits
Individual compensation is determined by skills, qualifications, experience, and location. Compensation details listed in this posting reflect the base hourly rate, monthly rate, or annual salary only, and do not include bonus, equity or sales incentives, if applicable.
