Requirements for seasoned Technical Program Manager:
-5 years experience managing large, cross-functional technology projects and programs.
-PMP certification preferred.
-Experience managing enterprise-level initiatives.
-Experience building and managing relationships at all levels of the organization.
-Experience working in an agile development environment.
-Working knowledge of product management concepts.
-Ability to communicate at all levels of the organization, especially at the executive level.
-Ability to translate technical concepts to non-technical people.
-Ability to elicit and document high-level requirements from business and technical stakeholders.
-Ability to facilitate decision-making and build consensus among stakeholders.
-Ability to adapt, pivot, and pitch in as needed.
-Knowledge of Workday or other HCM systems is preferred.
-Knowledge of HR, data, and integration concepts is preferred.
-Experience working in a global company is preferred
-Experience with Authentication Security Platforms (Okta is just one example doesn't have to be Okta necessarily but would be ideal)



Qualifications:
Qualifications

Responsibilities:
-Manage the program and schedule (in Asana).
-Manage all status and executive-level reporting.
-Manage scope, utilizing the change request process when needed.
-Manage risks, issues, and decisions.
-Own and manage Steering Committee meetings and communications.
-Manage resources in terms of allocations, constraints, and competing priorities.
-Collaborate with Organizational Change Management (OCM) and Communications resources to ensure successful implementation and adoption.
-Elicit and document high-level requirements. Facilitate deeper dives as needed to bridge the gap between high-level requirements and the details needed for engineering.
-Ensure collaboration and communication across all functional areas of the program
-Manage implementations and hypercare support
