Key Responsibilities:

- Ensure contracts align with company policies and legal requirements
- Monitor contract performance and compliance throughout the contract lifecycle
- Assist with back-office responsibilities and tasks
- Conduct audits and assessments to ensure IT operations adhere to regulatory requirements
- Develop and implement compliance policies and procedures
- Stay updated on relevant laws and regulations impacting IT operations
- Identify and assess IT-related risks and vulnerabilities
- Implement risk management strategies to mitigate potential threats
- Collaborate with IT teams to address security and operational risks proactively
- Prepare reports and presentations on contract compliance, risk assessments, and mitigation strategies for management and stakeholders
- Maintain accurate records and documentation related to contracts, compliance activities, and risk assessments
- Work closely with legal, procurement, and IT teams to resolve contract issues and ensure alignment with business objectives
- Provide guidance and support to internal departments on compliance matters

Qualifications/Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree in relevant field preferred
- Proven experience 5years in contract management, compliance, and risk analysis within the IT industry or similar field
- Strong understanding of IT security principles and regulatory requirements
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to assess complex contractual and compliance issues
- Effective communication skills with the ability to collaborate across various teams and levels of the organization
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management abilities.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work well under pressure
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong understanding of project management methodologies, tools, and best practices.
- Project management certification (e.g., PMP) is a plus.
