DUTIES:                                  

â¢Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â  Work with business analysts and users to understand their business processes and requirements, and convert them into technical design.

â¢Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â  Design, configuration, development, testing, documentation, and deployment of CRM solutions on the salesforce.com platform.

â¢Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â  Develop and enhance custom objects, Visual Force pages, APEX classes, triggers, Apex batch processes, Apex Web services and APIs, Test Coverage classes, S-Controls, and JavaScript.

â¢Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â  Perform administration tasks in the Salesforce.com instance.

â¢Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â  Manage fields, relationships, workflow rules, approval processes, page layouts, validation rules, email notifications, custom buttons/links, reports, dashboards, roles, profiles, and sharing rules.

â¢Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â  Prepare project documentation including technical specifications and unit test scripts.

â¢Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â  Perform unit testing and fix defects.

â¢Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â  Support the user acceptance test activities.

TRAVEL: Can work remotely or telecommute.

REQUIREMENTS:                    

Bachelorâs degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Engineering Management, Information Systems, or related field of study, plus 6 years of Salesforce.com development or related experience. Alternative  Education  and  Experience  Requirement:    Masterâs  degree  in  Computer  Science, Engineering, Engineering Management, Information Systems, or related field of study, plus 4 years of Salesforce.com development or related experience.

                                               

Required knowledge or experience with:

â¢Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â  SFDC data model, data architecture, and data management;
â¢Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â  Salesforce.com development and administration;
â¢Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â  SFDC architectural concepts;
â¢Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â  Javascript;
â¢Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â  S-Controls;
â¢Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â  Apex Web services;
â¢Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â  Visual Force pages;
