Job Overview:

DUTIES:
  • Direct a team of Salesforce administrators, developers, and analysts to ensure optimal utilization of Salesforce in alignment with the organization's operational requirements.
  • Play a crucial role in managing and facilitating the successful deployment and oversight of CRM systems within the organization.
  • Oversee and guide various phases of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and initiatives that pertain to the overall health of the Salesforce environment.
  • Ensure the integrity of data and object management while providing support for solutions, development, testing, and deployment.
  • Mentor and support a team of administrators and developers, offering guidance as necessary.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to synchronize Salesforce with business workflows and enhance teamwork.

TRAVEL:
Up to 2% domestic or international travel may be required. Remote work options are available.

REQUIREMENTS:

Minimum Education Requirement:
Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related discipline.

Minimum Experience Requirement:
A minimum of three (3) years of experience as a Salesforce developer, systems administrator, or in a related role.

Alternative Education and Experience Requirement:

A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field plus five years of experience as a Salesforce developer, systems administrator, or in a related capacity.


Required Knowledge or Experience:
  • Proficiency in Java, C, C++, HTML;
  • Experience with ETL tools and Apex language;
  • Skills in data loading;
  • Capability to translate user stories into precise CRM solutions;
  • Salesforce Administrator (ADM) certification;
  • Salesforce Platform Developer (PD1) certification;
  • Experience in Salesforce declarative development;
  • Knowledge of SFDC architecture, APIs, security configurations, and user management;
  • Familiarity with Agile software development methodologies.
