DESCRIPTION
We are seeking a self-motivated and energetic scientist in the field of immunology to join our drug discovery team to help progress our programs. This is an excellent career development opportunity to make an impact in a fast-paced IND-enabling drug discovery projects.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Design, develop and conduct pre-clinical studies to identify therapeutic candidates.
- Generate high quality data, analyze, and present to the weekly team meetings.
- Review documents and generate reports to prepare for regulatory submission.
- Collaborate with internal and external teams/partners
- Collectively contribute to the success of immune-oncology and autoimmunity programs.
QUALIFICATIONS
- PhD in Immunology/oncology field with 0-3 years of experience.
- Should have in depth knowledge in either immunology or cancer biology or autoimmune diseases and be able to conduct literature review, propose project strategy, design, and execute in vitro and in vivo studies.
- Should have hands-on experience in at least one kind of tumor models either syngeneic or xenograft or humanized animal models.
- Experience in multi-colored flow-cytometry.
- Demonstrated track record of scientific achievement exemplified by a strong publication in leading journals or awards.
- Excellent skills in written and oral communication.
- Pharmaceutical or biotech industry experience with knowledge of biologic protein therapeutics in immuno-oncology is a plus.
