Our property is minutes from transit and Sea-Tac Airport. We're less than 10 minutes from Seattle-Tacoma International Airport. Tukwila station is a six-minute walk away, providing direct links to downtown Seattle. Our property has 242 suites with 7,587 square feet of meeting space and 11 meeting rooms.
Ideal candidate will have at least 6 months of customer service experience, enjoys working in a fast pace working environment and wants to expand on their hospitality experience with a great team. A flexible schedule to work various shifts including weekends and holidays is required.
Classification: Full Time
Pay Range: $21.00-$21.50
What will I be doing?
A Front Desk Agent is responsible for greeting and registering guests and checking guests out of the hotel in the hotel's continuing effort to deliver outstanding guest service and financial profitability. Specifically, you would be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:
- Greet guests and complete the registration process to include, but not limited to, inputting and retrieving information from the computer, confirmation of guest information and room rate, selection of rooms, coding electronic keys, promoting marketing programs, providing a welcome packet and ensuring guest knows location of room and/or has a bell person accompany him/her.
- Respond to guest inquiries and in a timely, friendly and efficient manner.
- Provide driving and/or walking directions to guests to local destinations.
- Ensure a high level of product knowledge of the hotel, including, but not limited to, directions, hours of outlet operation, hotel services, hotel events and local and community events and attractions.
- Assist fellow team members and other departments wherever necessary to maintain positive working relationships.
- Provide or obtain accurate information.
What are we looking for?
- Minimum 6 months customer service experience
- Hotel experience a plus
- Full availability to work varying shifts including weekends and holidays

The hourly rate is $21.00-21.50 and is based on applicable and specialized experience and location.

Other Compensation
- Employee stock purchase program (ESPP) - purchase Hilton shares at 15% discount
- Front Office Upselling Incentive Program – Commission based program paid out monthly and is based on upsell generated revenue. Revenue is calculated as time of guest check-out. Upsell revenue includes; room type upgrades, early check-in fee, late check out fees and late cancellation fees. Commission is calculated as follows:
$1-$399 earns 10% commission
$400-$999 earns 12% commission
$1,000 or more earns 15% commission
