Front Desk Agent Job Description

We are seeking a friendly and efficient Front Desk Agent to join our team at Palihotel Seattle. As a Front Desk Agent, you will be the first point of contact for our guests and will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, handling guest inquiries, and ensuring a smooth and enjoyable stay for our guests.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide warm and welcoming service to guests, ensuring a positive first impression of our hotel.
  • Check-in and check-out guests, handle room assignments, and resolve any issues that may arise.
  • Respond to guest inquiries and requests in a timely and professional manner.
  • Process payments, handle guest folios, and maintain accurate records.
  • Collaborate with the sales and operations teams to ensure a seamless guest experience.
  • Proactively identify guest needs and find ways to surprise and delight them.
  • Maintain a clean and organized front desk area, ensuring a safe and secure environment for guests.
Requirements:
  • Positive attitude and excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask with ease.
  • Basic arithmetic skills and ability to handle cash and credit transactions.
  • Fluency in English, both verbally and non-verbally.
  • Ability to input and access information in our property management system.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
