    Job Description

    Reporting directly into the Engineering Manager, you will be responsible for the following:

  • Improving manufacturing operations and processes
Working closely with both internal and external customersManaging projects and take ownership of projectsUsing data analysis tools such as PowerBI to understand and improve existing processesEstablishing and implementing plans to support improvements across the production floorContributing to driving operational excellence and operational strategy

The Successful Applicant

Education: Bachelor's Degree in an Engineering discipline such as Chemical, Industrial, Mechanical, Manufacturing, Plastics, etc.5-9 years of experience in an industrial manufacturing settingSome experience working with plastics preferred but not requiredLean Manufacturing and SixSigmaContinuous ImprovementExperience in project managementSenior level experience and depth of knowledgeAbility to travel locally as needed
