As a Clinic Director at Opal Autism Centers, you will manage the day–to–day operations of a clinic, ensuring high–quality therapeutic services are delivered to clients with autism. You will lead a team of Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) and Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs), maintaining a caseload and managing key performance indicators crucial to the clinic's operational success and clinical effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities

Clinical and Operational Management: Supervise the clinical practice and ensure the delivery of high–standard behavioral health services. Manage clinic operations, aligning with company policies to ensure smooth functioning across all departments. Maintain a personal caseload, providing direct client services. Work closely with administrative teams to ensure operational cohesiveness and efficiency.

Performance Management: Monitor and drive BCBA and RBT productivity to optimize staff performance and client outcomes. Hold BCBAs accountable for clinical excellence. Reduce client cancellations and achieve client admission targets. Ensure efficient scheduling and oversee client admissions within the early intervention program.

Leadership and Staff Development: Conduct interviews, provide regular feedback, and perform performance evaluations to foster professional growth among staff. Develop and maintain a professional and collaborative work environment.

Qualifications:

• Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Behavioral Health, or related field.
• Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification required. North Carolina LBA required.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in behavioral analysis, with significant leadership or management experience in a clinical setting.
• Demonstrated ability to work effectively with diverse teams.

Physical Requirements:

Must be willing to commute to work in the center.Fluent in the English language.Able to learn, demonstrate, and explain physical skills of moderate complexity.Physically able to move from a standing position to one knee and back up, without assistance.Normal functioning and range of motion in arms, legs, hips, wrists, back, neck, etc.The role may involve lifting, twisting, pulling, or pushing up to 60 lbs.
