    Job Description

    Responsibilities:

  • Adhere to established safety standards
Ensure all required documentation is properly filedAssist in the creation and management of project budgets for assigned projectsDevelop pre-construction RFP packagesSupport the facilitation of project meetings, milestone setting, and the preparation of monthly owner reportsEstablish job processes including RFIs, submittals, and pay applications, as well as approve pay applications and negotiate subcontract change ordersUpdate project schedules, oversee project quality control, and manage overall project logisticsAid in the project closeout processCollaborate with the project superintendent and site operations team throughout the project lifecycle

The Successful Applicant

High school diploma required; a four-year degree in construction, engineering, or business from an accredited university is strongly preferredEquivalent work experience may be considered in lieu of a degree5+ years of experience in commercial construction, with experience at a commercial general contractor preferredPrevious experience on commercial job sites is highly desirableA strong passion for construction and the industry, with the ability to identify and seek high-quality workProficiency in sector/project-specific software systems, including Microsoft Office Suite (Project, Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint), ProCore, Adobe, BlueBeam, and JD Edward
